Hello Neighbors,

 

I am currently updating and expanding the Brookside HOA website to improve communication, increase transparency, and provide reliable access to important and up‑to‑date homeowner information.

 

I’ve served as your Neighborhood Watch Captain since 2020, reconnecting our community with local law enforcement and strengthening neighborhood safety. Since 2024, I’ve served as your Treasurer, pushing to reform outdated collections practices, ending HOA foreclosures, and advocating for more community‑centered policies. Because of this work, the Association saved over $9,000 in the 2025 budget.

 

I also chaired the Shed Committee, leading Earnest Cleary’s efforts that resulted in the passage of the shed bylaw last year — the first meaningful progress our community has made on this issue in decades.

 

I am now serving as your Webmaster & Developer, working to make this site a centralized, dependable resource for all residents. Every homeowner deserves clear, accessible information.

 

If you have suggestions for features, information, or tools that would be helpful, your input is welcome. Residents with technical experience in web design, content organization, accessibility, or digital communication are also invited to volunteer their skills.
